This application for interim bail has been filed by the accused petitioner in connection with FIR No. 409/2020 registered at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East) for offence punishable u/S 302 IPC, seeking interim bail for a period of 10 days as marriage of the real sister of the accused petitioner is scheduled on 23.01.2026.

Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the accused petitioner submits that the marriage of the sister of the accused petitioner is scheduled on

23.01.2026 and he is the only brother of the girl whose marriage is scheduled on 23.01.2026.

Learned Public Prosecutor has also placed before this Court the verification report received from the police station Kanota, Jaipur East, wherein it has been verified that the marriage of the sister of the accused petitioner is scheduled on 23.01.2026. The verification report is taken on record.

For joining the marriage of his sister and performing all rituals is the pious duty of a brother. 6. Taking into consideration the overall facts of this case, the Court deems just and proper to extend the interim bail to the accused petitioner for a period of 10 days from 23.01.2026. The accused petitioner shall surrender back on 02.02.2026 before the concerned Jail Superintend where he is confined.

Accordingly, this interim bail application is allowed and it is directed that the concerned Jail Superintendent shall release the accused-petitioner on interim bail for a period of 10 days provided that he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.
