The Registry has placed before this Court a bunch of 34 Suspension of Sentence (Revision) shown as pending, wherein main case file has already been disposed of.

It is noticed that a large number of Suspension of Sentence (Revision) are still pending despite there been disposal of the main case. The date of disposal of the Suspension of Sentence (Revision) has been mentioned in Column (5) of the annexed list. 3. Considering that if the main case itself was disposed of, the Suspension of Sentence (Revision) would not survive.

Accordingly, all the Suspension of Sentence (Revision) as listed in this bunch are disposed of by this common order. The order shall be placed in the respective files accordingly and the concerned Suspension of Sentence (Revision) shall be consigned to record.

The present SB Civil Misc. Application No. 11/2026 is also consigned to record accordingly.
