The instant civil writ restoration application under Order 41 Rule 19 of CPC read with Section 151 CPC has been preferred for restoration of S.B. Writ Restoration Application No.391/2017, which was dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 03.09.2024 on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 30.07.2024.

Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, same is allowed and the S.B. Writ Restoration Application No.391/2017 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees).

Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) is to be deposited with Munshi Sangh, Jaipur.
