The matter comes up on an application for recalling of the Civil Misc. Writ Petition.

For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for recalling and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant who has submitted that the erstwhile counsel Mr. D.S. Poonia had expired therefore the matter was not contested; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the order dated 13.12.2024.

Consequently, the recalling application is hereby allowed. Order dated 13.12.2024 is hereby recalled.

The Civil Writ Petition will be restored to its original number. Defects as pointed out by the Registry be cured within a period of three weeks from the date of passing of this order.
