Petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by order dated 26.03.2025 passed by Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal, JDA in Appeal Misc. Application No.710/2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected without following the due procedure and creating a hostile discrimination against the petitioner, nevertheless, directions for demolition of construction upon the property in question has been given.

Perused the impugned order dated 26.03.2025 and the relevant portion of said judgment is here as under:-

On perusal of the same, it is reflected that it is an admitted fact that SMS Colony, Block B is an un-approved Colony by the JDA. It is also noted that the plot in question is falling in the limbs of the road. The reliance which is placed by counsel is an RTI report and is not applicable as it is not a specific document.

JDA has properly appreciated the merits and demerits of the matter and has not committed any error while dismissing the

appeal preferred by the petitioner and this Court has considered the same. Hence, no interference is called for in the present petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
