This Court directs Respondent No. 4 to consider the abovesaid representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vu q -&1@2012).

In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of with abovesaid directions. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
