At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant has apprised the Court with the fact that the present application is moved with a plea to note and mark the attendance of the counsel representing the applicant/petitioner, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.19253/2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner prayed that the said petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a fresh petition on account of subsequent developments.

For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for recalling/modification and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice

to modify the order dated 06.03.2025, to the extent of demarking the presence of the counsel for the petitioner i.e. Shri Ved Prakash Sogarwal and accordingly, the said petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for being granted and take appropriate recourse on account of subsequent developments in accordance with the law.

It is made clear that the present order may be treated as the part and parcel of the order dated 06.03.2025, and no other material changes are made apart from the aforementioned.
