Learned counsel for the applicant has apprised the Court with the fact that the application so directed to be filed, in

Heard.
The delay vis-a-vis filing of the representation is condoned. Para 3 of the order dated 01.04.2025 directing that the representation be filed within a period of 30 days, is modified and the same be read as the representation be filed promptly. It is made clear that no changes are made to the remaining contents of the said order.
In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of.
