Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the issue involved in this petition has already been set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13496/2021 on 13.07.2022. Hence, the instant writ petition be disposed of in the light of the similar directions issued in the instant case.

Learned counsel for the parties are also in agreement that the order passed in the aforesaid case has been upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court while deciding Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos.14308-14318/2022 decided on 30.01.2024 and even the review petition with Diary No.11641/2024 has also been rejected on 15.10.2024, hence, the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma (supra) has attained finality.

Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on the record. 4. Looking to the aforesaid statement jointly made by the respective parties and looking to the fact that the controversy involved in this writ petition has already been set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma (supra) vide order dated 13.07.2022 and the said order passed by the Division Bench of this Court has been further upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court twice vide orders dated 30.01.2024 and 15.10.2024 and thus, the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma (supra) has attained finality.
