all these matters are taken up together for final disposal and are being decided by this common order.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in these writ petitions has already been decided by this Court in a batch of writ petitions with the lead case of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2920/2025 ( General Manager/Factory Manager Vs. Anil decided on 01.04.2025) wherein a compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs) has been granted to the workman as full and final settlement for all purposes in lieu of their reinstatement.

Counsel for the parties are in agreement that these writ petitions be disposed of in the light of the similar direction issued in the case of Anil (Supra). 4. In view of the above, all these writ petitions stand disposed of in the light of the similar direction issued in the case of Anil (Supra). This order would merge in the orders passed under Section 33(c)(2) of the Act of 1947 by the Labour Court. The respondent-workmen would not be entitled to get other amount towards due wages, as they are going to receive lump-sum amount of Rs.10,00,000/- towards full and final settlement for all purposes in lieu of reinstatement.
