The instant petition has been preferred with the following

prayers:

“i) issue an appropriate Writ order or direction in the nature thereof and thereby direct the Respondents to issue Settlement Parcha to the petitioner of his land as mentioned above; ii) issue an appropriate Writ order or direction in the nature thereof and thereby direct the Respondents to not to allot the land in question to any other person; iii) issue any other appropriate order or direction which the Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner; iv) thereby cost of the Writ petition be also awarded in favour of the petitioner.”

By way of filing this petition, a limited prayer has been made by the petitioner for issuing directions to issue Settlement Parcha to the petitioner for the subject land.

In the considered opinion of this Court, such direction cannot be issued by this Court if liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate application for the aforesaid purpose.

In case any application is preferred by the petitioner before the respondents, it is expected from the respondents to decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously as early as possible.

Needless to observe, in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, he would be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law.

The present Civil Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
