The instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners for expeditious/early disposal of temporary injunction application No.07/2019 titled as “Bhagwan Sahay & Ors. Vs. Badri & Ors.”.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case and more particularly in view of the fact that the temporary injunction application was filed before the trial court in the year 2019, thereafter 6 years have been passed. I dispose of civil writ petition with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge No.17, Jaipur Metropolitan, 2nd , Headquarter Chomu to decide the temporary injunction application No.07/2019 titled as “Bhagwan Sahay & Ors. Vs. Badri & Ors, if pending with it, expeditiously, in accordance with Law.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned court forthwith for information and compliance.
