This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following prayer.

“ (i).The impugned notification dated 29.08.2012 in not granting relaxation to Schedule Castes candidates of Scheduled Areas in minimum passing marks of Teachers Eligibility Test may kindly be declared unconstitutional, illegal and arbitrary, therefore, same may kindly be quashed and set aside in the interest of justice.

(ii). The respondents by appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof may kindly be directed to;

a. To grant relaxation in minimum passing marks to Teacher Eligibility Test to the Scheduled Castes candidates of Scheduled Areas;

b. To consider Scheduled Castes candidates of Scheduled Areas with relaxation in minimum passing marks of Teachers Eligibility Test against the unfilled vacancies o advertisement No. 1/2018 dated 12.04.2018 for the Scheduled Areas;

c. To give appointment to humble petitioners on the post of Teacher Gr.III (Level-I) in pursuance to the advertisement dated 12.04.2018 with all consequential benefits.

(iii). Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in

We have gone through the prayer made by the petitioners in this writ petition and find that the matter relates to Teachers Eligibility Test held in the Year 2018 therefore, in our considered view, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
