This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the respondent No.1-Union of India, however, he further submits that consequent to this order, another order has been passed by the same authority relating to the same issue as such intent to challenge that order, he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent order.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the subsequent order.
