Learned counsel for the petitioners have relied upon Annexure-9. It is submitted that the matter is no more res integra and can be disposed of in the light of said direction.

Learned counsel, Mr. Ajay Shukla appearing for respondent No.4 has not controverted the said facts. He has submitted that the respondents are not bearing the financial burden, for which petitioners have no objection. He has further submitted that the matter can be disposed of in the light of SBCWP No.13590/2023 titled as Dr. Harimohan Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and the ratio therein.

In the light of the above facts, these petitions are disposed of following the equivalent ration as spelled out in
