Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to decide the notice for demand of justice dated 23.11.2024 sent by the petitioners in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) .

This Court directs Respondent No. 2 to consider the abovesaid representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order,

strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vu q -&1@2012).
