Learned counsel for petitioner while referring and relying upon judgment dated 15.02.2019 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1334/2019 titled as Jitendra Singh Khichar Vs. Principal Secretary and Anr. submits that the controversy and the issue raised herein is already settled by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur. He further submitted that instant writ petition be disposed of in accordance with aforesaid order.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners and also material placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of in light of Jitendra Singh Khichar Vs. Principal Secretary and Anr. (supra) passed by this Court, and petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation in light of aforesaid judgment to respondents, who shall examine the representation and if ratio is applicable, shall extend the benefit as directed in case of Jitendra Singh Khichar Vs.
