Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that final list has been issued and candidature of the petitioners, inspite of having more marks than cutoff, is not included. It is submitted that respondents are time and again declining to consider the candidature of the petitioners, on the ground that candidature of the petitioners is under process.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that present petitions can be disposed of with direction that within a period of three weeks, the final order qua the grievance of the petitioners be passed.
In light the above noted submissions, present petitions are disposed of with the direction to the respondents that within period of three weeks, the grievance of the petitioners be considered and be adjudicated by way of a speaking order. If any stay order is operative, same will stand operative till final disposal of the applications of the petitioners, before the respondents.
Present petitions are disposed of, in above terms. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
