Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that present bunch of matters pertain to appointment on the post of Nursing Officer in pursuance of the advertisement of the year 2023. It is submitted that the candidature of the petitioners is not considered on account of the fact that they were not registered with Rajasthan Nursing Council during the period of their erstwhile experience. Further, it is submitted that instant issue is no more res integra and is adjudicated vide judgments dated 19.04.2021 passed in SBCWP No. 1552/2020 titled as Sangeeta Mathews @ Sangeeta Choudhary Vs. State of Raj. & Ors . and dated 12.12.2024 SBCWP No. 14393/2024 titled as Hakimuddin Vs State of Raj. & Ors. .

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that judgment of Hakimuddin (supra) is applicable in the present set of facts however, judgment passed in Sangeeta Mathews (supra) is not applicable.

Heard and considered the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties, scanned the records and considered the judgments cited at Bar.

It is noted that present bunch of matters pertain to nonregistration with Rajasthan Nursing Council during the experience period. Considering the fact that issue is no more res integra, the petitions stand allowed in terms of the prayer so made in light of the judgment passed in Hakimuddin (supra) .

It is directed that qua the petitioners if otherwise on merit, appointments be carried out within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.

Accordingly, present petitions are allowed. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
