By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.11.2010 passed by District Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur in probate application No. 128/01, whereby the application filed by the respondents for consolidation of the application with suit No. 484/1993 has been allowed.
Heard.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed in the year 1993 and therefrom about 31 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned order, I dispose of the present civil writ petition with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit, if pending with it, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
