By way of this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has only sought a prayer that his temporary injunction application bearing No.11/2025, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Hindaun City, be decide as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 7 days. 2. Looking to the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order subject to the condition that respondents being duly served.
