By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents to not to make gravel road on the agricultural land of the petitioner.

It appears that before approaching this court by way of filing this writ petition, a notice for demand of justice has not been served by the petitioner and the petitioner is hereby seeking a writ of mandamus against the respondents.

In the considered opinion of this Court, in the absence of issuing any notice for demand of justice, a writ of mandamus cannot be issued and such like writ petition is not maintainable.

On this count alone, the instant writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to issue notice for demand of justice to the respondents for redressal of her grievances.

In case, any such notice is served by the petitioner in the office of the respondents, it is expected from the respondents to look into the same and decide it strictly in accordance with law.

Stay application as well as any other pending applications also stand disposed of.
