Contempt Petition No.01/2024 titled as Jagdish Prasad Atal Vs. JDA Jaipur & Ors. as early as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.10.2023, learned Appellate Tribunal directed the respondent No.4 to raise the construction in the disputed plot according to the sanction issued by the JDA and left the set back as per the site plan. Learned counsel further submits that respondent No.4 has not raised the construction according to the site plan and the sanction issued by the JDA and, thereby, has committed contempt of the order passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal on 16.10.2023, for which the petitioner has moved contempt petition against respondents, but the same is pending for the last 2 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be disposed of at this stage by giving directions to learned Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the Contempt Petition No.01/2024 pending before it as early as possible.

Accordingly, the present civil writ petition is disposed of with the direction to learned Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the Contempt Petition No.01/2024 pending before it as early as possible.

Stay application and all other pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
