Ors.) and submits that the controversy raised herein is squarely covered by judgment in case of Ten Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12975/2025) passed by a Co-ordinate Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur and these writ petitions be disposed of accordingly.

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for petitioners and on perusal of judgment in case of Krishna Kumar Yadav Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra), Vinita Kumari Vs. The State of Rajasthan (supra) and Ten Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra), these writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation within a period of 4 weeks from today.

Considered the grievance raised herein, the petitioners are given a liberty to submit a fresh representation to respondents within a period of four weeks from today raising all grounds. The respondents are directed to consider the representation and decide with a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from date of receipt of representation, in light of principal of law as laid down in case of Ten Singh (supra). After passing the order, the respondents are under an obligation to communicate the order to the petitioners either by way of speed post or through E-mail, if petitioners have provided E-mail in his representation. If the petitioners are still aggrieved, they have right to re-approach the court with fresh petition.

Accordingly, the writ petitions with pending application, if any, stands disposed.
