During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that on earlier occasion, writ petitioner has filed a S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16409/2024 and same was disposed of on 26.11.2024, by a Coordinate Bench.

Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that in pursuant to order dated 26.11.2024, a representation has been filed to respondent No.2, but still, same has not been decided by respondent No.2. He also submits that present petitioner is not informed about current status of the representation submitted by petitioner to respondent No.2.

During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner offers to withdraw instant S.B. Civil Writ Petition with liberty to file contempt petition against the contemnor(s).

In view of aforesaid, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
