In the present matter, a prayer has been made that the petitioner is entitled to grant of selection scale on completion of service after 9, 18 & 27 years.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submit that the controversy raised in the present writ petition is no longer resintegra and is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the Single Judge at Principal Seat at Jodhpur in the case of Dadam Das Vaishnav Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others, SB CWP No.8309/2012, decided on 20.05.2013. It is further submitted that the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Govind Dan Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan, D.B. Civil

Special Appeal (Writ) No.1068/2014 decided on 17.12.2015 along with six connected appeals, has also held that the Multipurpose Health Workers are entitled to grant of selection scale on completion of service after 9, 18 & 27 years.

In view of above, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of aforesaid order passed in Dadani Das Vaishnav Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., SB CWP No.8309/2012 decided on 20.05.2013 .
