With the consent of both the parties, the present writ petitions are disposed of with the following directions:-
(i) Order dated 16.05.2023 is quashed and set aside.
(ii) Learned trial Court is hereby directed to reconsider and decide the application filed under Section 19-A of Rajasthan Rent Control Act, within the period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(iii) The Court shall take into account all subsequent developments that have occurred during the pendency of this writ petition.
Hence, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
