The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with

the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this in the interest of justice your lordships may graciously be pleased to admit and allow this Writ petition and,

(A) By an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof thereby to direct the Board of Secondary Education Ajmer Rajasthan to correct the date of birth of petitioner in the marksheet of secondary school examination-2024 as 11.08.2008 in place of 12.08.2008 and issue fresh marksheet of corrected date of birth with immediate effect.

(B) Any other appropriate order or direction granting relief may kindly be issued in favor of petitioner.”

By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer to

correct her date of birth in the mark-sheet of Class-10th and issue fresh mark-sheet with correct date of birth.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that an application in this regard has been preferred with the Board but inpsite of passing of considerable time till date, the said application submitted by the petitioner has not been decided by the Board by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

In the considered opinion of this Court, for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner is expected to approach the school concerned where the petitioner has taken his studies of Class 10^th. In case, any application is submitted by the petitioner for the aforesaid purpose before the concerned school, it is expected from the school to forward the relevant records to the Board within a period of two weeks, thereafter the Board would pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously as early as possible within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
