Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Kuldeep Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13563/2010, decided on 14.02.2020 and, therefore, looking to the facts & circumstances of the case & in the interest of justice, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment passed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not dispute the aforesaid facts.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of the case of Kuldeep Singh (supra).
