The petitioner has filed Regular Appeal No.167/2025 before learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as learned 'DRAT, New Delhi') against the order dated

14.07.2025 passed by learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jaipur and the same is pending.

During pendency of the appeal, the present civil writ petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 14.07.2025 passed by learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jaipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pendency of large number of appeals, the appeal filed against the impugned order is not being heard, therefore, the petitioner preferred the present civil writ petition.

In that view of the matter, as the petitioner has already availed alternative remedy by filing an appeal in DRAT, New Delhi, this Court does not deems it proper to entertain this civil writ petition.

Accordingly, the present civil writ petition is dismissed.

However, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, DRAT, New Delhi is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible.
