Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have assailed the impugned order dated 12.08.2025 passed by Commercial Court No.1, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, whereby application moved by the petitioners for early listing and objection qua validity of execution application has been rejected.
Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel and upon perusal of impugned order dated 12.08.2025, this Court has noted that the petitioner is a habitual litigant and this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned order.
Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
