Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.12.2023 in the year 2024 wherein, the petitioner has submitted that universal order is passed by various departments without giving opportunity of hearing and prior intimation.
On perusal of the order, it is noted that petitioner is engaged on contractual basis and there is no mandate to provide opportunity of hearing and consideration qua any such dispute is granted in consonance with the terms, conditions and period specified in the contract.
