In both these writ petitions, petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 30.01.2025 passed by the Rajasthan State Cooperative Tribunal, Jaipur, whereby and whereunder the arbitral award dated 19.11.2004 passed by the then Inspector of Cooperative Societies, has been set aside and the matter has been remitted back for deciding afresh, after impleadment of the affected and necessary parties.

After arguing the writ petitions for some time, learned Senior Counsel, having instructions from his assistant, who is duly instructed by the client, submits that the contentions raised in the writ petitions may be allowed to be raised before the Arbitrator in the fresh hearing and with such liberty, instant writ petitions may be disposed of.

Since the matter has been remanded for deciding afresh, after impleadment and hearing of the affected and necessary parties, without interference to the impugned order dated 30.01.2025 passed by the Tribunal, instant writ petitions are disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
