Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition is filed for seeking protection from the illegal acts of the respondent Nos. 5 to 10, whereby, they are also causing interference in possession of the land.
Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the competent authority/ forum for redressal of the grievance.
Accordingly, present petition is dismissed. Pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
