Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a memo of grievance/representation to Respondent no.1 and 2 for the wrongful action and illegal action

qua share transfer agent i.e. Respondent No.4, however, the same is not considered.
Learned counsel for the respondents has marked presence and has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner will be considered within a period of fortnight by the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2 or appropriate delegated authority.
Considering the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file an amended representation, if so chooses, within a period of seven days from the date of passing of this order, and the same shall be adjudicated by the respondent authorities as per the dictum encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJJP:5792) , within a period of 20 days thereafter, in accordance with law and as per facts.
In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
