At the outset, it has been brought into notice of this Court by counsel for the respondents that similar kind of petitions have been submitted by the petitioner before the Principal Seat at Jodhpur bearing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4307/2025. Counsel submits that the petitioner institute is situated at

Loonkaransar, District Bikaner, which falls within the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat and even in the notes appended in the writ petition at Page No.14, the petitioner himself has put a note at Sr. No.6 that this matter pertains to jurisdiction of Principal Seat at Jodhpur. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, the instant writ petition is liable to be rejected on the ground of territorial jurisdiction.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the Principal Seat.

The instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
