Vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.792/2024), decided on 02.08.2024.
In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
