In pursuance of order dated 21.05.2025, learned Public Prosecutor was directed to produce whereabouts of the petitionerPrabhu @ Prabhu Dayal.
As per report submitted by the concerned Police Station, the petitioner- Prabhu @ Prabhu Dayal passed away on 29.12.2023. The report of the concerning SHO is substantiated by the death certificate as well as the certificate issued by the concerned Gram Samiti.
Therefore, this revision petition is abated and is, hereby, disposed of accordingly.
