Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner came to know in the month of August, 2025 that in connection with FIR No.537/2018 registered at Police Station Chaksu, District Jaipur City (South) for offences under Sections 406 & 420 IPC, wherein after investigation, negative final report has been submitted, a cognizance for offence under Section 420 IPC has been taken against the petitioner and he was summoned through bailable warrant vide order dated 09.10.2019 passed by the Additional Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate No.34 Chaksu, Jaipur Metropolitan.

Counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to assail the order of cognizance by way of filing criminal revision petition before the Sessions Court and submits

that from the date of knowledge of the cognizance order, the period of limitation for filing the revision petition is still available.
