Upon perusal of the contents of the reply, it is noted that police authorities have arrested some of the accused persons named in the FIR. It is further noted that investigation in the instant matter is ongoing.

Taking note of the above mentioned, this Court directs that further investigation and inquiry be carried out in the instant matter under the supervision of respondent No.3- Superintendent Of Police. Further, necessary actions, if required, be taken in accordance with law.
