The instant 2^nd bail application has been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accusedpetitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.211/2024, registered at Police Station Bamanwas, District Gangapur City, for the offence(s) under Sections 189(2), 308(2), 140(3), 351(2), 126(2) and 115(2) of the BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusedpetitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that similarly placed co-accused namely Saurabh, Pawan and Mahendra have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 09.05.2025 and the case of the petitioner is not distinguishable from the other co-accused. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of second bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record.

It is not desirable to express anything on the merits of the case, considering the fact that the material witness PW.-1 complainant-Lokesh has turned hostile and not supported the prosecution story and the other similarly placed co-accused namely Saurabh, Pawan and Mahendra have already been enlarged on bail, the accused-petitioner is in custody since long and trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner, Ravi Bansrota S/o Roopsingh, in connection with FIR No.211/2024, registered at Police Station Bamanwas, District Gangapur City, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
