This petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S, 2023 seeking direction to the respondents for conducting fair, impartial and expeditious investigation at the earliest of the FIR No.250/2024 registered at Police Station Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

Without going into the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of at this stage with the direction to the respondents to conduct fair, impartial and expeditious investigation to be done by the

Investigating Officer at the earliest under the effective monitoring of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur (East).

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the investigation of the FIR No.250/2024 registered at Police Station Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur City (East) be conducted fairly, properly and impartially as early as possible and it is also directed that the same shall be monitored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur (East).
