This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the FIR No.560/2016 registered at Police Station Roopbas, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341 and 308 of IPC mainly on the ground that the parties have entered into compromise and amicably settled their dispute and now no dispute remains between them.

On 29.11.2024, the Coordinate Bench of this Court directed both the parties to appear before the Investigating Officer for verification of compromise and after investigation, the Investigating Officer was further directed to submit verification report along with the case diary on the next date of hearing.

Today, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the factual report dated 12.12.2024 submitted by SHO, Police Station Roopbas, District Bharatpur, in which it has been mentioned that after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 308 of IPC and under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, 1959 has been filed before the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Roopbas, District Bharatpur. The factual report dated 12.12.2024 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the parties have entered into compromise and have settled their dispute amicably and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the

present petition with the liberty to file the compromise deed before the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Roopbas, District Bharatpur.

In view of the discussion made hereinabove, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to file the compromise deed before the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Roopbas, District Bharatpur.

The stay application also stands disposed of.
