The present petitions are filed seeking quashing of the FIR No. 949/2022 dated 02.11.2022.

In compliance of the directions passed in the erstwhile order, Investigating Officer/Competent Officer has marked presence and has furnished the factual report dated 21.05.2025. Investigating

Officer has submitted that dispute in the instant matter pertains to inheritance certificate/ mutation of inheritance of the Keshanti’s share.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for a while, has submitted that petitioner is ready to join the investigation.

Considering the above-said, this Court direct that on 30.05.2025 at 11.00 AM, the petitioners shall mark his presence before the concerned Investigating Officer who shall give audience to the petitioners and take appropriate decision, strictly in accordance with law. Howsoever, it is directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioners till the outcome of the investigation is filed.

Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
