The present petitions are filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 05.12.2024, whereby under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. interim maintenance to the tune of Rs. 27,500/- per month was directed to be paid to the respondent towards maintenance of the daughter. Further, challenge is also made for non-consideration of the application dated 31.01.2025, regarding non-admissibility of the affidavit, so filed.
This Court has made an attempt to carry out mediation interse the parties, which has rendered positive results and parties, in the interest of their child have entered into a compromise, voluntarily.
Parties have marked presence in the Court and they are identified by their concerned advocates.
Parties present-in person have submitted that they want to put quietus to the present dispute and abide by the contents of the compromise deed, for which consensus is drawn inter-se them.
In view of the aforementioned and taking note of the fact that the parties have amicably entered into a compromise, the present petitions are rendered infructuous. The contents, terms and conditions enumerated in the compromise deed dated 23.07.2025, duly signed by the respective parties are to be treated as part and parcel of this order.
The compromise deed is taken on record.
