The present application has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience by the concerned Superintendent of Police of the directions passed vide order dated 28.04.2025 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7591/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7591/2024 was disposed of vide order dated 28.04.2025 with direction to the concerned Superintendent of Police to provide audience to the petitioner and take appropriate decision thereafter, strictly in accordance with law. Howsoever, despite the said direction concerned Superintendent of Police has not provided audience to the petitioner on various occasions.

At this juncture, learned Public Prosecutor has assured the Court that representation of the petitioner will be duly considered

Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and assurance given by the learned public prosecutor, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present application with a direction to the concerned Superintendent of Police to provide audience to the petitioner on 28.07.2025 at 11:00 am and decide his representation, strictly in accordance with law, failing which adverse inference will be drawn against the concerned Superintendent of Police.

Present application is accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
