Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per instructions of the petitioner, approximately 21 FIRs on account of real estate dispute and colonization are registered qua the petitioner, wherein, in few of the FIRs, petitioner was arrested and subsequently bailed out.

Further, learned counsel has submitted that registration of enormous FIRs on the akin subject matter and facts is causing prejudice to the petitioner. Therefore, it is prayed that a common

Investigating Officer shall investigate the same and clubbing of the FIRs ought to be permitted.

Per contra, learned counsel for State has submitted that the complainant in all the FIRs are different and subject matter i.e. property/plot in question is also situated in different areas. Therefore, submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is false.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court directs Superintendent of Police District Baran, Rajasthan to adjudicate the representation of the petitioner, if filed within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and the same be considered within a period of fortnight thereafter, strictly in accordance with law, considering the administrative reasons, by way of a speaking order.

It is made clear that the observations made in this order shall not cause prejudice to the petitioner.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
