The matter comes up on an application for recalling of the misc. petition.
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for recalling and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 12.08.2024 and 28.02.2025.
Consequently, the recalling application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur within a period of two weeks.
