After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has summarized the arguments to the apprehension

that fair investigation is not being carried out in pursuance to the FIR No.103/2025 registered at Police Station Jothwara, District Jaipur (west) for offences under sections 305(a) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that for redressal of the petitioners’ grievance, they have to file a representation before the police authorities, particularly before the concerned Superintendent of Police.

Considering the limited issue, this Court directs the concerned Superintendent of Police to decide the representation, so filed by the petitioners, within an upper limit of 15 days from the date of receipt of the same, strictly in accordance with law, and judicial precedents.

In light of the same, the present petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
