Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that negative factual report has been filed before the ACMM-10, Jaipur on 28.03.2023, stating that dispute in hand pertains to a civil nature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not refuted the said contention of the learned Public Prosecutor.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
